Hello, I'm Anna
I am a dedicated Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC, and I specialize in helping individuals regulate their nervous system and resolve the underlying emotional patterns that keep them stuck.

I integrate depth-oriented psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT, ERP, somatic therapies, and experiential approaches. A central focus of my work is memory reconsolidation—a neuroscience-based process that helps transform emotional learnings stored in the brain that drive anxiety, fear, and self-limiting patterns.

I have a special interest in working with anxiety, OCD, nervous system dysregulation, and traumatic or distressing experiences, while also supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. I provide virtual services, as well as 'walk & talk therapy' at a local park.

Together, we'll work to help you move from chronic states of fight, flight, freeze, or overwhelm into greater calm, confidence, self-compassion, and resilience. Healing is possible, and I would be honoured to support you on that journey!
