Healing starts here.
compassionate evidence-based psychotherapy

Hello, I'm Anna
I am a passionate Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in British Columbia dedicated to supporting preteens, youth, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

I have a special interest in treating anxiety, OCD, nervous system dysregulation, and/or trauma - however I support clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental, and understanding environment where you will feel comfortable sharing anything on your mind. I work closely with each client to collaborate on a shared treatment plan that not only feels right for you but is rooted in evidence-based therapy.

In my clinical approach I integrate a variety of therapy modalities such as: depth-oriented psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and experiential/somatic approaches.

Healing is possible, and I would be honoured to support you on that journey!
